   Really dissatisfied with the Gluten Free offer in the cafe. Only breakfast offer was a bacon roll, I asked for jam on toast, but was told the pre packaged roll was the only thing on offer. Asked to have an egg on the bacon roll, told not possible as eggs have to come with toast which contains gluten. No flexibility offered. Left very hungry and cross.

   Just been into marks and Spencer's at Nottingham and it's clearly gone downhill. I use to go into marks and Spencer's and think it was a cut above the rest. Tried to buy items in the sale and got told I can't take it back after Christmas due to only being allowed 14 days. The place looked such a mess and clothes was strewn all over the floor and nobody seemed to have been tidying. This place made Primark look posh.

   I was in Nottingham over the weekend and visited Marks and Spencer. Its certainly ready for refurbishment but that's just the building. I feel this season is the best choice and design for many years. There is definitely a new trendy feel to their stock for the winter. It certainly wasn't difficult for my daughter (early 50"s)to spend about £300 on fabulous trousers gorgeous trendy animal print velvet jacket, shirts and sweaters. I still think the value is good for well made trendy fashions.

   I had the absolute pleasure of bumping into Justine on the shop floor today. She is the absolute pinocle of excellent customer service. I doubled my planned spend, looked at products I wouldn’t and considered and learnt a lot about fashion. Consider getting her to do staff training to other member of staff. She was a magnet to customers asking questions and able to get answers, assisted by John. With so much on the internet now people like Justine and John bring pleasure to the instore shopping experience

   Went to meet a friend in the café. Queue was relatively small but still a prolonged wait for my order. Plenty of vacant tables. My coffee was pleasant and my friend enjoyed her pot of tea.

   Really rude old woman in the fitting room (1st floor). She could be more kind as we're not going there to steal anything! So we left without buying anything cause of this horrible person.

   There seems to be a real issue with the sizing of the men's clothing, not a stote problem. The staff I'm the men's department have been lovely and helpful, despite me returning 5 x kn a week exchanging trousers. Sadly my experience with Lesley in Lingerie has been very unpleasant, what a rude woman who would benefit greatly from some customer service training g or removing from the the tills. Not what I expect from M&S

   Cafe menu in your main Nottingham store had so many items unavailable that it gave virtually no choices at all. Also we were required to drink tea from a takeaway paper mugs and food from paper plates using a takeaway wooden knife. I was absolutely disgusted with the experiece of eating here. The staff tried their best but could not make up for the lack of basic equipment required for an eating establishment. I have just travelled back from Australia and could not believe the drop to an unbelievably low standard in the store.

   The last time I was in a Marks and Spencer was in Hong Kong over ten years ago. Previously, when they were in Toronto before they left the Canadian market. I wasn't sure what to expect when I entered the store. My 5 year old daughter immediately started looking through the kids clothes but didn't find anything that caught her eye. I browsed the menswear section on the upper most level. This store has 4 levels in total so it is very large.
