   The lady who done my pedicure was really polite and hands on and really took her time with me, I didn’t feel rushed, she asked me if I was comfortable and offered me tea and snacks which I think is a great service towards customers I politely declined and just went ahead with my pedicure. I would have gave it 5 stars but the only reason why I didn’t is because when she done the gel polish on my toes it wasn’t applied correctly and made the toe nails shape look different but they did last for a month. Would definitely go again and recommend to friends and family❤️

   I recently had my daughter,s fringe done from here. Honestly one side hair she cut small other side large. It looked terrible then I fix it with at home. I wish if it’s give me option for the image I will add it for you to see. If you’re charging money then at least hire professional people. Don’t ruin people’s hair.

   Have been here many time to get my hair done it was so pleased with the results. Why people are leaving such a negative review I will never understand she is such a lovely lady goes above and beyond to make sure her customers leave happy if you do have any issues they are sorted straight away I will definitely be back every time. Will definitely recommend my family to come here and go for the service and treatment.

   I would not recommend this place to get your eyebrows threaded. I got told one price on the phone and then a higher price at the property and the lady messed up my eyebrows. I have to now go over them with pencil until they grow back.

   Thought I’d try somewhere new as more convenient! Eyebrow waxing looked great once finished. Felt a bit of sting after as normal then I looked in the mirror and she had taken off my skin!! Got a lovely scab now right across my eyebrow for a wedding this weekend! Not impressed nor will I use her again!

   I had a Hollywood treatment here few months ago. It was the most painful Hollywood I've ever had. All my pubic mound was covered with ingrown hair. I was in pain for days and fighting the consequences for months after. No training was followed and the soft wax was applied however she wanted and not properly. Save yourself the pain, pay a bit extra but at least you will have a less painful and nicer wax. Also the area made me feel uncomfortable as there was no door and felt like anyone can come and see me. Also the place could do with refreshing or at least a good clean.

   Lata is amazing. She was able to accommodate and move me around as needed. Waxing was virtually pain free, she is efficient and she’s so polite. Can’t wait to go back.
