Came into store to collect the stroller that I had ordered and Melissa was an absolute star. She assembled the stroller for us and gave excellent customer service. She’s a credit to your company!
The store layout was beautiful and easy to navigate, with a wide selection of high-quality baby products—from prams and car seats to clothing and nursery furniture. I especially appreciated the personal attention and product demonstrations, which gave me so much confidence in what I was choosing for my baby.
We had fantastic help and service from Edwina when we bought our travel system. She even remembered my parents going in to look at the one we wanted! There was a great deal on an ex-display model and she even offered to book an appointment with my parents to try it at a different time, so they didn't feel they'd missed out. The staff really understand how excited people are to make some of the big purchases and Edwina went out of her way to spend time with us and make it special. Huge thank you.
Visited tonight at 16:45, the store closes at 17:00, the doors were locked. The staff looked at us but walked past. Annoying because we knew (and could see) what we needed and there were other shoppers browsing in there. I understand wanting to get closed on time, but this was just rude. You’re either open until 5pm or not.
Bought a premiun mattress for my baby in January and found there is a hard spot where his head is against when sleeping. Never thought about its the mattress' problem when he wakes up during the night. Called the store to ask for solution and was told to buy a new one because we can only return for non-used within 30 days. I don't feel right because I shouldn't be paying 150 quid mattress only last a couple of months. I called the customer service in the end and has this sorted by having a replacement one. I called the shop first because I bought it from there and obviously they are not professional and polite at all (didn't advise me to speak to customer service but ask me to buy a new one). this will put me off for buying items from shop again. I still like mama&papa and will keep shopping online.
I booked a personal shopper to help decide on a travel system. Our personal shopper was Edwina - who I can’t recommend enough. She was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions regarding the travel system I wanted. She was also fab with my rather excited daughter - and made her feel included in the whole decision making process - I would definitely recommend booking a personal shopper, moreover I would recommend Edwina!
We made an appointment with a personal shopper in-store and I have to say that Edwina really new her stuff. She was approachable,well informed about the products:in particular with the travel systems. Edwina gave us her undivided attention for more that the allotted hour. She practically walked us through the whole store explaining the pros and cons of different products as well as providing us with her own personal insight into preparing for a new addition to our family.
