Glad this shop is still trading in Sutton-in-Ashfield as we don't have much else. Friendly staff and good sale reductions
It seems every time I walk in this store staff follow me for having my daughter with me in a pushchair assuming they think I’m going to attempt to conceal items under there. I find it absolutely disgusting that I’m made to feel uncomfortable walking into a store by the judgmental staff to the point of leaving my items and walking out!!!
Nipped in at 5 quickly needed to use the fitting room to be told they’re closed. Why close the fitting room at 5 but stay open until 5:30 does not make any sense! People have work and sometimes can’t get there before 5. something on. Custom lost, what a shame the staff aren’t kind enough to quickly let you try something on, would have taken me 2 minutes.
Lots of youngsters clothes. Not a great deal for older people.
Unfortunately the two outfits I bought from here both came to pieces at the seams after the first wash. Very disappointed with the quality of the sewing the dress must not have been overlocked properly at the seams for it to come apart. It literally looked shredded, when I took it out the washer.
Didn't have the item I saw on their webpage, as I would rather try on than take a chance on the fit, despite this the staff were friendly and helpful
I cant get along with new looks... never have but my honest thought on this store is its organized chaos. It's always clean and never smells. Always a staff member on the tills if you need one but I've only seen someone on the shop floor a small handful of times, but maybe I've been in at the wrong time. The girls all seem well mannered and pleasant... I guess there is something for everyone in the adult sizes if you're into new look fashion
