    Used to be a wonderful conmunity shop where the staff worked amazingly together to create a thriving store for families to enjoy. Since senior management decided to waste thousands turning into a boutique and ignore warnings from volunteers that they need to retain toys/music/bric a brac to retain customers all they sell now are clothes and overpriced tat new goods. Area management upset many and now the shop is empty most of the time. A classic case of ruining something once great. The volunteers are an amazing bunch of people let down by bad and dangerous management decisions.

    Nice new renovation (April'24), however no children's toys and very few other children's items. Thought this was supposed to be a children's charity!? Do you not think that children persuade their parents into a shop just to look, then they spend money on additional items they otherwise wouldn't have seen!? Disappointed. Update: since renovation they still have no children's toys and very few if any clothes. Could easily be included if got rid of 'new' items at the front of the shop- umbrella's and pencil's. I used to go in most days but can count on my hands how often I have visited in a whole year!
