   I recently bought a bundle from Pitter Patter and the girls. I cannot reccomend the girls enough, wow, they really went out of their way to help me and spent quality time with me to show me all the accessories and ways to work all the prams before i decided. We even got a cup of tea while we browsed the store! Once my bundle was chosen the service didn’t stop there! They answered all my calls with all my questions and even helped me change some things around last minute. I would not go anywhere else other than PitterPatter Larne. I doubt Beyoncé even got this level of service! 5*

   Incredible shop! Employees are all so knowledgeable and helpful with anything you need! I was without a beside me crib or Moses basket due to being let down at 37 weeks pregnant and was worrying about getting one with not much time left! Within twenty minutes they had checked all stock, showed me what was available and helped me sort things an easier and cheaper way to make my life easier! Can’t thank them enough for taking the stress away! Will definitely keep coming back! Got my pram from here too and they were excellent!! Definitely recommend!!

   My husband and I are expecting our first child and we were clueless on what pram to go for. The owners were so helpful and spent so much time with us to answer our questions and to show us the different prams they had in store. The customer service was amazing and I could not recommend the store more ☺️

   We had fantastic experience with Clare the rest of the staff purchasing our pram travel system and car seat. Honestly some of the best most personable customer service I have ever come across. They were competitively priced, matching the best prices I could find from major online retailers. I would rather support a local business than go online, but also having the option to return a product directly to a nearby shop if anything goes wrong is a huge plus, especially with a newborn to care of. Highly recommend.

   I purchased an iCandy Core travel system from Pitter Patter, and within 3-4 months, I noticed significant issues with the wheels, making it difficult and heavy to push the pram. Upon contacting the store, I was initially advised to spray silicone on the wheels, which I found unacceptable given the pram's £1,500 price. Consequently, the pram was sent to their repair center, but it was returned with the claim that "nothing was wrong." Despite this, the pram's issues persisted, forcing me to purchase another buggy. When I reported the worsening condition to the store, the pram was sent for repairs again, only to be returned weeks later with a notification from Niall that no faults were found, yet the wheels had been replaced. When I questioned the necessity of changing the wheels if there was no fault, Niall's attitude became patronizing, and our conversation ended abruptly, leaving me distressed. I then engaged in extensive communication with Cumiskeys and iCandy without achieving a satisfactory resolution. When I informed Claire that I would not accept the pram back due to its deteriorating condition, I was offered an insulting £690 as a refund for a pram that cost me £1,450 and had been faulty since four months of use. Claire offered to round the refund up to £1,000 as a goodwill gesture, but this still leaves me £450 out of pocket and without a pram. The stress and inconvenience caused by this situation are unacceptable, especially for a new mother. I do not recommend this store, as they failed to provide a full refund for a faulty product

   Lovely store and lovely people! I went in to look and ended up purchasing my egg bundle here to take home to France with me as Stacey was so lovely and helpful and the owner is lovely too... will definitely be returning when I'm back visiting! Thanks for the help!

   It’s rare to find such good customer service! All the girls that work here are so friendly and you just get the feeling that they love what they do. I first came in to look at their selection of prams. I didn’t have my mind made up and was actually considering a more expensive make than what I ended up with. The girls took their time demonstrating different models to me and going through the pros and cons of each. I really appreciated their honest advice and the fact that they weren’t trying to push a sale on me. I ended up going for one of their bundle deals which was great value and a relief to tick some more things off the never-ending baby shopping list! Last time I was in the shop was with my baby in his pushchair, the girls had kindly offered to convert it for me but my husband gave it a go himself. Laura noticed he had missed a step in the conversion and fixed it for me on the spot! Sorry for the long review but such good service is worth a decent write up! Highly recommend you come in for a look around, great selection of products and knowledgeable staff.
