   I have recently started a course of radio frequency & I have to say I was so excited to visit Goya because the website is so professional & if like me you deserve all the treats a spa can give ( we all work hard) then I was excited to start my course. Goya has a very tranquil ambience with first class personalised service with friendly lovely staff. Each very knowledgeable about the treatment & aftercare of my treatment. I’m very happy to have discovered Goya because the value for money & first class treatments.

   I've been having treatments at goya for a few years All the staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. I have had a range of treatments including laser hair removal, manicures, pedicures and facials. My results have been amazing and the therapists always make me feel comfortable and talk me through exactly what's happening along the way. Kate is usually my therapist and she the reason I keep booking more treatments! I have also had treatments from Chelsea and Natalia who also offer an amazing experience. - definitely the best in the area

   My experience with Goya was extremely unpleasant. I have done hair removal laser in another clinic for 3 years and I just needed some mantainance from Goya. My session in the other clinic was at least 20 min on one area, and I have shared this with the staff, how I used the same exact machine, but they dismissed my experience completely .Goya centre used the laser on my skin for 30 seconds, I requested to talk with the manager ,Fiona who considered my feedback rude ( I only said they are unprofessional and maybe more training is needed for the sessions to be longer just like the other centres) and she got triggered, became very defensive and very dismissive of my needs and my feedback. Any clinic that uses the Soprano Titanium laser machine is doing 40 min sessions and only Goya are doing 30 seconds , moreover a professional manager is not supposed to be defensive when receiving a feedback, especially when is constructive . My first experience with them was doing my nails and they were extremely unprofessional and I didn’t want to cause anyone trouble but my money was wasted, I do my nails better than them basically. Overall, unprofessional behaviour and extremely dismissive , the staff is not properly trained or the training is focused to financial gain and not service offering, and I wasted my money and energy with that centre. So disappointing ! Never again !

   From start to finish a brilliant service, the receptionist was really Friendly and welcoming. The masseuse did an amazing job super friendly and really able to get those stubborn knots that had built over time. I would definitely recommend goya Spa to anyone looking for good treatments and a friendly atmosphere to relax and be pampered. 10/10 from me.

   I started going to this spa from May 2022, I started with a hydrafacial weekly. Results were amazing. Then I moved onto the chemical peels I'm loving it so far. Emma is amazing and very passionate in what she does. The staff are very friendly and customer service is amazing. I would recommend this Spa.

   Have been using Goya since it first opened, the environment is welcoming and the treatments are using the latest and best technology which is worth paying for. The results of my treatments have been great, everyone is really knowledgeable and its the reason why its my first choice for laser, massages and hydra facials. Only down side is appointments get booked quickly as its a popular place!

   I had an amazing massage with the brilliant Eva; she took the time to talk me through what she was doing and what effect that had on my body and really put me at ease, the massage itself was brilliant. The lovely ladies on reception, Sophia and Deb, were very friendly and welcoming and offered me a drink upon arrival and gave me a bottle of water after my massage. I would definitely return and would recommend them to anyone

   The Goya Spa hydro facial was a super experience with lasting results . As I use a foam wash regularly the popping foam mask was amazing and the overall effect on the skin was lifting and refreshing. The creams were subtle in scent and nourishing on the skin. Towels were warm in treatment room making a totally comfy feeling enabling a full relaxing session. Saba therapist was v good and highlighted key area where skin needed attention.
