   I recently moved to Wolverhampton from London and have been looking for a place where I could get all my treatments done in one location. My sister-in-law recommended this salon, so I booked an appointment for a face wax. The beautician I was booked with was very nice; however, she unfortunately burnt my face during the treatment. She realised this, apologised, and we stopped the treatment immediately. I had a Christmas party to attend and had to go with a burnt face, which was extremely embarrassing. Overall, I did not have a good experience. This was not something I expected, and I won’t be returning.

   Love this salon!! I don’t actually live in the area but I travel here to get my hair cut and coloured. Adam and Ebony are amazing!! They really listen to what you want and work hard to achieve the finished look. Me and my sister usually go together and we have so much fun all together chatting. I’ve not had anyone else touch my hair in 2 years now and I can’t see it changing anytime soon.

   Booked a haircut for my elderly mother and a pedicure for myself and mum, absolute amazing haircut, mum very happy especially since she just had surgery 2 weeks ago, definitely put a smile on her face, however I guess living in Canada I've been spoiled when it comes to pedicures, because after our " pedicures" which consisted of not soaking my feet but simply cutting my nails and shaping them, then adding colour, I looked on the website and realized I should have requested the luxury treatment, which involves footbaths, filing feet etc ( this is standard for any pedicure in Canada, not luxury). Lesson learned, next time I must remember luxury. So haircut was good, so so on the pedicures.

   Had nails, lashes and eyebrows done for holiday. Sadly nail chipped within two hours and another peeled off within two days. Lashes were nowhere near as good as alternative salon. No better curl than my lashes curler at home.

   Treated my daughter to nails & hair styling at the beginning of July during the afternoon of her Y11 prom day - our first experience of salon nails. Whilst she had a wonderful time -friendly service and a beautiful nail design - the quality of the product was poor. She lost her first nail a matter of hours later at her prom and although the Gorgeous staff agreed to put it back on the next day, over the next few days, a further 6 nails 'dropped off.' One week later, just one nail remained but that soon came off, too, as she was doing her hair. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. To pay around £40 for nails that didn't even last the evening intact is completely ridiculous and certainly not worth the money.

   Last minute appointment that I made this morning with Liv to have my nails done. Very professional and friendly girls. Liv kept asking if everything was OK with my nails during our appointment as I had recently been disappointed with my nails from another salon. Really good selection of gels. Very clean and organised. Will definitely be going back again for more treatments. Thanks Liv ❤️

   Beautiful nails! (Infills and gel) Was seen by one of their lovely apprentices named Erin who was friendly and attentive! With help from her fellow beauticians, they re-created the complex design I gave them perfectly! And the cherry on top of the cake was the 20% discount because they were done by an apprentice. Wonderful experience, can’t wait to come back soon! Thanks so much

   Cannot rate Gorgeous enough! My hair looks amazing and Ebony was so nice. I was really nervous as I’d never had my hair dyed before and she put me right at ease. We laughed the whole way through my appointment and I could not be happier with my hair. Beautiful.
