Owner became greedy and kept money from vouchers purchased and unused during Covid. Kept over £400 from multiple vouchers from my family. Had to seek charge back from banks. Breached the contract with customers. It's such a shame as the therapists are good. It's such a shame the owner betrayed customer's loyalty. - updated 2024 owner will pester you by WhatsApp and email when she cannot keep track of customer data. She will mix up your details with other people and then expect you to organise her chaos. Stay away at all costs - totally dishonest when selling vouchers re: Covid - she didn't intend to honour them and then expects customers to return. Absolutely shocking. Shouldn't be allowed to trade.

USE CAUTION ⚠️ WHEN PURCHASING GIFT VOUCHERS. I purchased a £100 voucher as a gift !! when I made the purchase it was not explained to me that the expiration was only 6 months! The voucher was popped into the envelope and that was that! on the day that I made the purchase I explained to the cashier that I was using it for a physical product and not a treatment.. she said that was absolutely fine …however went to redeem the voucher 10 months later and was told that my voucher was ultimately worthless… a peculiar system whereby the voucher reduced in perpetuity by 25% over a period of time was explained by the owner! She did in her defence admit that the person who sold the voucher was terminated from the position !? …however she didn’t put the issue right! ultimately a very poor service and feel like I have just thrown £100 quid down the drain… it could have been handled much differently… really hope the £100 was worth it !!! Poor show.. I’m not suggesting they are bad a beauty salon but customer service is a serious question mark?

Skin and Tonic had great treatments and staff but unfortunately covid has had an impact and they have out priced themselves.... paying extra for the owner and paying for PPE EACH visit (not just a one off payment) is disgraceful.

BE CAREFUL AS PRICE LISTED ON WEBSITE MAY NOT BE WHAT YOU ARE CHARGED! The therapist was lovely and treatment was great! However, I was charged £40 for a reflexology treatment when on the website it was listed at £28.50 (plus the £3 covid supplement on each treatment). I was not told in advance that the price would differ from that on the website and the owner has been ignoring my emails about a refund.

Been researching facials in Wolves for a while, but finally chose Skin & Tonic and had the most relaxing elemis facial ever today. Most friendly place and my skin feels better and looks brighter already. Thoroughly recommend.
