friendly, helpfull staff at this sports training centre, encouraging you to want to go back. they use the TechnoGym equipment so you can keep track of what your doing, and helps you prepare for your next session.
I go to the gym here. It is the most spiffing gym I have ever been to (the only other one I have been to is the SBL Gym which is much cheaper but way smaller and less high tech). This gym costs £27/month for a 6 month membership. It has 78 pieces of equipment and if you go on the treadmills then it has a nice view of the local scenery and hills. I go to the gym here 3 times a week (I try to anyway), and I can also use the pool for free apparently at certain times.

Great place for keep fit and swimming
Visited the active lifestyle gym for the first time today. Staff were friendly and helpful at reception. Gym could benefit from having a bench press and more squat racks/barbell training space, as there is currently only 1 power cage and 1 squat rack for barbell training. Equipment was clean and well maintained. Looking forward to trying the group exercise classes and swimming pool
Swimming pool best in area. Would love to have sauna.
