   I've been going to Shepherds for the last 4 years and never left the salon disappointed! Emma and her whole team are very friendly and they've always listened carefully to my needs and suggested the best treatment for my hair. I can say that I've always felt valued as they really care about their clients. The team has changed over the years but their quality definitely hasn't. Absolutely a 5⭐️ salon!

   I have been having my hair cut at Shepherds since I was a teenager and now I take my daughter. Emma and the girls are absolutely fantastic. Always paying close attention to their clients needs. Their service is 5 ⭐️ and the colours, cuts and styles they create are beautiful. You will always leave shepherds feeling glam, pampered and listened to. Apprentice Toni coloured my hair under Emma’s attentive coaching. Toni’s service and skill was superb! A credit to the shepherds team.

   I was tempted to just write ‘Good’, but I don’t believe in gatekeeping. I visited Shepherd’s today for a cut, having not stepped into a salon for years. Keeley washed my hair and it was so relaxing I was worried I’d fall asleep, followed by a cut from Emma who made it look effortless and she checked in with me all the way through that I was happy. Finally an immaculate, IMMACULATE, blow dry by Toni. I’m so very happy with my cut, and the service overall. 11/10 - cannot recommend enough.

   Had my roots touched up today and my hair has never looked better, Paris also colour corrected my hair as I had a lot of banding. The staff are all so nice and really look after you, they really listen to what you want and don’t try and rush the process. I can’t wait to come back for my next touch up ❤️
