   Go there to have my hair done by Natalie and come out with black hair which I have never add in my life to be told by Natalie that she couldn't get my grey covered by my usual colour which is dark brown so she had to do it black in which I wasn't told in the beginning and when I rang the shop to be told by Natalie to use head and shoulders shampoo and it would lighten it no sorry I will rectify it just use what she told me to use I didn't know head and shoulders shampoo was magic that it changed the colour of ur hair but I know for a fact I won't be using Natalie or the shop she works at call urself a hairdresser i think u need to be retrained not a happy customer at all

   My hair was cut by natalie she was fine actually. It was abbey that i didnt like she was very much rude she washed my hair didnt even start any conversion she looks like she didnt even want to be there. I ask to put on olaplex and she didnt even go through the product with me properly what are the benefit etc even when she washed my hair she was meant to leave the olaplex on for 10 mins and she didnt and still charged me 20£ i would never go there again. Abbey very annoying she only talks to the customer that come regular there but cant be bothered to talk to new customer. Im paying money for there service and care for my hair she was so disinterested. I will never be seen there again bad salon.
