   I came here the second time and it was worse? I went to get a normal dry cut and I arrived. Wasn't greated. Employer on there phone at the till. I felt unwelcome. Sitting down in the waiting area I could see thick dust everywhere. Hair tangled in the trolly carts. Bleach products everywhere. Unhygienic dirty dusty brushes and rust on mostly everything. I felt uncomfortable with the standard. The seats where dusty and dirty. The workers where working very sloppy . Looked unbotherd and when one client got her hair bleached the employer went straight to her phone.m not even making sure everything was ok? I noticed pretty everything in my surroundings and When I got called over. Wasn't greated went straight into brushing my hair ( I have thick curly hair) she was super rough with my hair and scraping the brush on my scalp. Her attitude was very negative and worked quite slow. And when she spoke there was no eye contact and she complained about everything in her lfe. And didn't care if I felt comfortable. And she never asked the usual how u would do hi how are you? She spoke as slamming her hands on the hair. The wrap u put around the stop hair going onto you. She didn't put it on properly like she was rushing and I had to all day getting hair off me.i have autism and I felt rlly uncomfortable yet again .. ( unlike others I've been too they made me super comfortable and talkative and respected my wishes and with a hygienic salon. Then she kept jumping to different parts of my hair making me confused on what she was doing. When she straightened my hair it was super close and caught my ear. Drying my hair she burnt my scalp as she put it on the super hot level when my hair was not even that damp. When she was finised I was relieved. Worse part about it there was no communication on my hair or with me. The salon was full of employees that looked unbotherd with there job and soon as they done with there task went straight to here phones. Honestly never going here again! Ive been too many salons and this is the worst. I know u not always gamma have good experience but with a type of person I am and I notice details then I worry. I'm sorry but this is a 1 star. Im happy my hair turned out okay even tho it wasn't what I wanted. And then telling me I can't have a full head blonde becauce I have a child.. pls be careful on where u go. Smh

   Can’t recommend this salon enough. Liz, Claudia Amy and Sam what a team. Was in on Saturday it was super busy which was lovely to see. They were never stressed took their time made everyone feel welcome it was like you’d popped in to see friends. Had the best colour I’ve ever had thanks to Liz and at such reasonable prices I couldn’t go anywhere else. Becky xx

   I haven't been to the hairdressers for years, so I was very nervous. I was instantly put at ease in this salon, the staff are lovely. I had a dry cut as my hair is very long, and liz did an excellent job, my hair looks so healthy and neat now. I shall definitely be returning!! Definitely recommend!
