   I was recommended by a lady I know so booked an appointment for highlights that I wanted to be silver.I arrived for my appointment and was stood at reception for 10 mins before anybody bothered to ask if I had an appointment.However I had the treatment and can only say I was horrified at the results.My Silver was in fact a vile dark grey.I said this was not the colour I wanted so removed the toner and I came out in what I can only describe as a honey colour,oh and my hair looks like it was cut with a knife and fork.At the end of 4 and a half hours the lady said with a smile on her face that will be £75 cash please.Like an idiot I paid it.Now I am desperate for someone to right the wrong that is my hair.. Will I go back NEVER.

   Took absolutely ages to do a cut and blow dry. Had a different member do wash, cut and dry. Very strange. Only do cash payments which which is a major off put. They get you to use the cash machine round the corner which charges to withdraw.

   Great place to come and have your hair done, family run and the team of hairdressers always makes you feel welcome, and have a great sense of humour, ive been come here since they opened and would not go anywhere else. Tey them you wont be disappointed.
