   Buddies Hair Salon is the best hair dressers I've ever been to. I've always had excellent hair cuts and I've managed to have the perfect hair colour for myself to have on a long term basis. The staff are very friendly, approachable, accommodating, professional and work at a very high standard. Plus you get a lovely hot beverage. Whatever treatment you want doing with your hair, it's no trouble at all. The staff as well give you some recommendations on hair styles/cuts and colours. The location is ideal for people who live in Walsall or/and rely on public transport, as it's in The Crossings St Paul's Church Walsall which is right outside Walsall Bus Station. Also I believe it's excellent value for money. I would 100% recommend Buddies Hair Salon!

   I’d rang this salon last weekend got a appointment the same day, The girls was lovely was put at ease as I get nervous with other people doing my hair as had a bad experience in the past somewhere else, I loved that they listened to what I wanted and loved the outcome it’s definitely a place I will use again in the future ! Brilliant cut and style and fair priced

   I have a major fear of hairdressers as I have severe anxiety. The lady I spoke to went through the entire process with me of a patch and strand test, checked I was happy with the colour and did my hair, so I wasn't seeing multiple people and no wires were crossed. They asked what I wanted, gave recommendations where they thought they might help, and had a nice chat all the way through. I love how my hair came out!

   Approached this place today with my husband. We stopped outside the door as a sign read not to go in unless called, however a lady shouted at us not to come any further and to move back and wait. Maybe she thought we looked like we could not read the sign or something lol. I still asked her what I wanted to ask and it was as though she was in a rush to get rid of us; they had no customers inside. She was very blunt and rude, both my husband and I got the impression that she did not want our custom (I asked about getting my daughters hair cut). I did not use this service but I will NOT be taking my daughter there after how we were treated and spoken to today. I could not imagine my daughter being spoken to rudely or abruptly how we were! I believe professional, quality customer service is also in how you treat potential customers before, during and even after service. But as I say I will definitely not be going there based on my experience today.

   I have really missed getting my hair cut during lockdown. These are a great group of girls who work really hard. It is wonderful to get back to a bit of normality. Very pleased with my hairdo and it was lovely to see these mad girls again.

   Had my daughter's and my hair cut, fantastic service by Kelly, as always. All the staff are working so hard to follow ppi rules and keep the place extra clean, as per covid advice, so they can open safely.Wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service.
