   I returned a pair of Remonte shoes in a size which usually fits me, which I had ordered online, but as a new, more padded insole had been added it no longer fitted. The assistant was most helpful, and brought various pairs of shoes for me to try. I eventually concluded that the style I had chosen in the next size up fitted best, but although there was one in stock, it wasn't the colour I wanted. I apologised for not buying any shoes, but the assistant assured me it was fine, that they were there to help, and was very happy for me to reorder the next size up online.
