   Just like to say the customer service of the staff at this branch has been above and beyond what we have been receiving at our local Derby branch which we won’t be going back to! Lucy and the other young lady were brilliant with my granddaughter and as too the manager. They know exactly what they are doing and made the whole visit worthwhile. Thanks team Long Eaton.

   Thank you for a lovely greeting and smile from the lovely Jackie. I bought a lovely pair of dessert boots . The shoes in my size came straight out ( not like the kids a the big chains ) old fashioned courtesy and customer service is hard to find these days. Lovely experience. Thank you

   Great service at Clarks Long Eaton . We've used this store for our children's shoes for 12 years. Plus my own work shoes 20 years plus. We have had a great shopping experience each time . On 2 occasions we have had to return shoes due to faults and there was no quibble . 1st class customer service .

   Really impressed with the covid prep. Staff are always friendly and informative. Only reason not a 5 star is the selection of school shoes is pretty poor. They had about 10 shoes on the shelve all identical to make the selection look massive when in reality there's about 6 pairs to choose from. Parking is easy, situated in a council parking lot behind the store. What I would say is move that fan from pointing downwards onto people in the back of the shop, pretty annoying.
