Hmm I last visited this store at Christmas time to collect an order to store. My brother commented on a female security staff who was too close to his personal space. I thought nothing of it. Today I went in to buy something, apparently it was the same female security staff who was eyeballing us, then she gingerly approached me this time and scanned me with something to see if I had stolen anything lol the cheek! So not only is that the last time I visit that store, but the last time I buy any Next merchandise. I'll also close my credit account today. I had 2 grand credit on that too. I always preferred M&S clothes anyway. Shame on you Next! I suggest you keep your power hungry security in check.

Wonderful experience for me today. Went to collect an item ordered online but had a quick look around for myself whilst there. Lovely lady on the ship floor helped me out with a stock enquiry then quickly jumped on the tills when she saw a queue forming. Makes a refreshing change to see colleagues taking a proactive approach. We need more people like this in shops!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Manager is a waste of space aswell with no apology for an error herself and her member of staff had made which had now left me and my family with no Christmas present replacement from our relatives. Staff don’t listen to what you’re saying and just go on autopilot and make errors constantly. Only said sorry when my husband pointed out that they hadn’t said anything of the sort. Apparently the CCTV in store doesn’t have sound (manager said this) as I wanted it reviewed for her staff members error. Want head office to investigate this store as looking at the reviews the issues need resolving before more people are left in the same situation. 100% will not be shopping here again.

Nice store but the collection system is poor. Lots of people queuing, slow system and technical problems. One customer Infront of me had waited 35 minutes and then was told 'its not our fault' we don't control how the collection appear from the tablet. Very slow

Purposely overcharged. Today I went in to purchase three items, one from the sale. I watched the cashier scan my items and when it came to scan the item that was from the sale, I noticed that she had acknowledged the sale price and was inputting into the system, but she seemed as if she couldn’t make it work. She didn’t mention this to me and asked me to pay by card however I noticed that the three items did not add up to what they should’ve done and that I had been asked to pay for more than I should have. So me being aware that the cashier had acknowledged the sale price and the other two items would have been the same prices as normal, I asked what had gone on because the prices didn’t match up. She refused to be honest with me and pretended as if she knew nothing. When the manager came over I explained that I had been overcharged and that I believe that the cashier was aware that she had charged me full price for a sale item and the manager then repeatedly told me that I was in the wrong. The manager told me that the cashier hadn’t even had the chance to change the price to the correct price however when I got to explain that she had already asked me to pay, the cashier finally reluctantly told the truth, that she struggled to change the price of the sale item to the correct price and just decided to charge me the full amount without telling me or any other staff beside her about this. There was no apology and I was repeatedly told that I was wrong and would’ve expected better from an NEXT store and from the manager herself.
