Lovely staff. Very polite. A small building but the amount of personality from the staff makes up for that. There are a flight of stairs to deal with leading up to the top salon floor but they also do work down stairs too. I feel that all the staff there are very qualified to do what they do. A great experience all round. A+

Daughter and friend had hair cut there on Saturday on their own, she's 14 cut it shorter than asked for wasn't very pleasant to her and I could of cut straighter, chunks missing will now have to pay again for it to be done properly. Not happy at all. After speaking to Tracy the manager I took daughter back and she corrected the error. Daughter all happy now.
