⚠️PLEASE BE CAREFUL⚠️ NOT PROFESSIONALS I booked a consultation with this place recently I showed the stylist what colour I wanted and how I wanted it. The lady who was called (MEL)⚠️looked at my hair and said "we can definitely do this colour it would go very nice on you yes yes we can do that". She didn't then mention anything else I also said will it definitely go like this she said yes dont worry. So they booked me in for my next appointment and when I went in and sat down the stylist said (CHLOE)⚠️"I cannot guarantee it will turn out this colour you would have to come back in maybe 12 weeks and also you have to cut your hair I cannot bleach this because it will fall apart" ⚠️I WAS extremely frustrated because I was not told this in the consultation ⚠️which made me so angry because they didnt tell me all the information that i needed to know. And just remember if your a professional you must not let the hair fall apart or burn with the bleach. They also made me feel VERY VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AROUND THE RECEPTION DESK AS THEY ALL GATHERED AROUND ME AS THERE WAS 5 OF THEM THIS MADE ME VERY UNCOMFORTABLE WHEN I ASKED FOR MY DEPOSIT BACK. DEFINITELY NOT PROFESSIONALS PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN ATTENDING BE VERY CAUTIOUS. ⛔️

She has an incredible eye for knowing which tones suit me and always creates the most flattering style. My waves are perfect every time! Always enjoy visiting the best hair salon in Wolverhampton in my opinion. The staff are always very friendly, the salon as a nice friendly atmosphere and nothing seems to much trouble for the staff. I normally visit the Salon a couple of times a month and my lovely stylist Paulina always does a fabulous job on my hair and I always leave there feeling so much better!! - Excellent service, lovely people and I would highly recommend!! Excellent experience from start to finish all of the staff are truly wonderful with nothing being to much trouble. But my wonderful stylist Phoebe always delivers and goes beyond the call of duty and always delivers amazing results which are mind blowing and awesome. A creative genius
The staff was very nice and welcoming. The lady who washed my hair was great, felt really good. However, I was assigned to a just graduating stylist. I should have listened to my gut instinct and refuse but I thought everyone needs to start somewhere. Well...big mistake. While the stylist was nice and polite, she messed my hair up. I had long hair and asked for a shorter more practical haircut- V shaped end, layered as I have thick hair. Even showed her a picture. She said yes, that's not a problem, easy to do. When she finished ...IT WAS NOTHING THAT I ASKED FOR!!! It is a short bob-like haircut, resembles nothing I asked. Nothing to do now but wait a year for my hair to grow I guess. I cannot comment on the actual professional stylists...maybe they know their job. Maybe.
