   My first experience at this salon was good and I was pleased with the cut, price and overall outcome. However the next visit I booked in with the same stylist (the owner) who clearly objected to doing a dry cut even though this was what she had done previously with no objection. I have a scalp condition which means i apply my own expensive treatment when I wash it which I had done the previous evening, furthermore I had a last minute consultant appointment 90 minutes later so couldn’t be late… she told her junior colleague who was attending me that I’d got to have it washed and made the point in front of other customers which embarrassed me. I stressed I didn’t want it washed so she reluctantly gave in after examining the condition of my hair but it was clear from her attitude to me ( sharp, unfriendly , talking to other customers whilst cutting my hair) that she wasn’t happy. She made no attempt to find out the reason for me not wanting my hair washed. The cut is not particularly great and she charged me an additional £5 over the previous price. Needless to say I didn’t leave a tip.

   Not happy with the hair color done. Yes the hairstylist and I, we both agreed on the same thing but the colour wasn't lifted at all. And when told she didn't like it and then she looked at her watch. Got the wibes as if she didn't like what I told her. If there wasn't much time she could have said come later and we'll do it for you but by the looks of it she looked reluctant.

   Fantastic friendly staff, very clean and covid safe ! No hanging around but not rushed either. Wide variety of products for sale and genuine advice so no sales gimmicks! Great value for money. Highly recommend
