The Japanese head spa treatment is AMAZING! So relaxing.. quickest hour ever! But so good. My hair felt amazing afterwards too and despite me not originally booking in for the blow dry afters, Ashleigh arranged for me to get this done. Excellent service!
I came in on Saturday to be one of Jessie’s models for keratin bond hair extensions. Jessie and the team were very friendly and helpful throughout. Jessie did a fantastic job and I couldn’t be anymore happier with my hair! Would highly recommend her for all of your hair extensions xx
I had my hair done with Hayleigh, I got half head foils, wash and finish. It looked absolutely incredible. I’ve known hayls for a while and every time she does my hair it just keeps getting better and better I dont know how she does it. She’s super talented and friendly and always puts 110% into making you feel good. I would never go to anyone else ❤️
I had a balayage refresh with Hayleigh at Wow. The experience was brilliant. Lovely and welcoming when entering. Hayleigh was easy to chat to throughout and the colour is amazing. I am so happy with my new hair and love it! Will definitely be coming back!
Had a lovely experience at WOW Codsall today. I had a cut and balayage done by Hayleigh. From the moment I come in for my appointment she welcomed me with a smile, took my jacket and offered me a drink. She was very attentive and made sure I was ok throughout the appointment. She's made my hair feel amazing, and the colour and cut is just what I wanted. The salon itself is lovely and clean, and all the other girls in there are very welcoming too. Will definitely be back again ☺️ x

I booked in a month in advance and got a phone call a couple of days after making the booking to rearrange which was fine, so I moved my appointment. The day before my appointment I received a confirmation text. A few hours before my appointment I received a phone call to say my appointment was cancelled and there was nothing they could do about it. Absolutely ridiculous service! Would not recommend. Would go to somewhere you can rely on.
