Last customers of the day, we arrived at a pristinely cleaned restaurant, which if I am honest I mistook for someone's home at first.... But we shown to a seat and ordered, far to much food. Which seems to be a thing we do when we eat out. No one had any complaints about the very attentive and friendly service we received. The food was plentiful and fresh, all home made. Due to the amount we ordered, again I stress we go hard when we eat out, the food did take some time to prepare and cook. There is only one chef (Fancy herself) and server. What followed was a banquet of decadence. The burgers are amazing, I can not recommend the Korean fusion red, sweet and sour, with a high heat, enough. I wanted another one straight away. It kinda made the chips and breaded chicken portions we also ordered redundant. Speaking of the chips, they are triple cooked so have a great crunch to them, personally I enjoy a much thicker chip with that style of cooking, but they are enjoyable. The breaded chicken portions we had are crunchy. I found the phoenix a bit on the salty side, but they all had an enjoyable crunch. I do recommend this restaurant, it's both charming, amusing and tasty. The fusion concept really works. So it now enjoys a a privilege status of being added to regular list. But this time I am just going to have two burgers, and that's it. Update: I didn't take my own advice. I ate just the same amount.... But this time we managed to sneak a order if the french toast...... Oh my god. I would swear if I was allowed too, it was that good. Also, as a small point. We had the wings this time, which by the way came from some freaky huge bird, possible a turkey, with the Korean brown sauce hot. It's really nice!

We first stumbled across this place last year whilst on holiday. It was so good that when we were in the area again we made sure to visit. Different levels of spice are available on each item. Very friendly service, wonderful food and drinks. We will be back.

We chose to share a Phoenix Burger the Ramyun Noodles and an order of chips and they graciously split the items and presented them on a plate for each of us. The menu is very explanatory and complete with photos but the owner is very helpful in explaining the intricacies of the choices and the five levels of spicy-ness. They do not serve alcohol drinks but no worries because the Ice Fruit Delights are just perfect to mitigate the spicy after-glow. We dined mid-afternoon when they were not too busy so we got to hear the story of how their eclectic Asian eatery landed in Liskeard. A brilliant dining experience for both the cuisine and the hospitality.

Banging Chicken. OMG stop here if you love chicken. This is not fast food or mass produced. Sit back relax, enjoy the surroundings. Freshly cooked to order, amazing flavoursome coatings. I had the burger ( see photo) which was delicious. Will definitely be back again when I visit Cornwall.

Amazing authentic food. We were talked through all the options and styles of chicken available. My partner was even brought some sauce to try as he does not like spicy food. I like it the spicier the better, so had the sweet and savoury sauce with extra spice. So delicious. Ample portions and everything blew us away taste wise. Wanted to try everything on the menu, in the end settled for the thigh fillets. Going to try the burgers and the ferrero roche chicken bites next time!! We will be back, definitely. This place truly is a hidden gem in Liskeard.

This place is tucked away, but worth seeking out. Really interesting mix of chicken dishes, cafe style, with an American and Korean influence. Reasonably priced and the proprietor was welcoming and explained the menu. Everything is home-made by Fancy, she even bakes the burger buns.

Mark made a great impression, late in the afternoon we had drumsticks and wings, these were the best ever, fabulous tasty and so crunchy. We loved it, this is the real Korean deal. Highly recommend if chickens your thing.

We went there with my wife as it was the only open place besides Wetherspoon in Liskeard at 6pm. And I must tell you that we did not regret that choice! We were the only guests inside. The indoors was nice and clean. The host was very kind, he asked us a lot of things about our meal preferences. We ordered home made lemonade (which I strongly recommend) and two chicken meals including Korean wings. The prices were okay. The waiting was quite long (about 30 minutes) though, but it was definitely worth it. It was one of the best chicken we have ever had! The portions may not seem very big but the food is very filling. I recommend them very much, especially in the evening when all other restaurants are closed ;)
