   Took my son whos 11 here for the first time, barber was so patient (autistic child), took his time and showed my son everything he was using to help relax my child. Had the best experience so far and inshallah will be going back going forward. Highly recommend to others who have an autistic child who doesnt like having there hair cut.

   I usually visit this barber as the barbers are good over there giving me a nice hair cut. However, today it was not the same day. The barber seemed to be new (as I had never seen him earlier in this shop) and he chopped (not trimmed) my hair making it the most scariest and rubbish look. Never ever will get my hair cut from him.

   I have been coming here for years. The best barber shop around, with friendly staff and well maintained machines. Iddy is the one who i normally get my trim off he is a legend . If i can travel 35/40 mins for a trim i'm sure you can .

   I came for a haircut because my appointment got cancelled due to a time crunch. I arrived at the barbers and saw that there was no queue for a haircut. I took this as a red flag due to the lack of customers. I went to the barber at the end and told him want I wanted. The haircut overall was not bad however the experience is what was horrible. When he used to shaver on the back of my head. There must’ve been a bent pin on the head of the shaver. And it scratched my head and I still have a red mark on the back of my head!

   The best barber shop in the in walsall! My son struggles with autism and getting a haircut is always a daunting task. The team at headquarters made the whole experience as smooth as possible. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

   Always 10/10 service, been coming here for about 4 years after not being able to find the right barber that can cut curly hair. They also do facials, hot towels for beards, small bits of waxing……best in Birmingham/Walsall. Always recommended. I only come here otherwise I’ll wait.
