Theresa cut my hair today after I have been in hospital for 8 weeks. She was so kind to me as my head is very tender after Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy. My wife has just said for me to message Theresa which I have done as my wife said she has her old Richard back. How lovely!!! Thanks all
I have quite difficulty to cut, curly hair, and was very happy with how the staff (Adam) took the time to tailor the service to suit my hair. Very happy with the results and would highly recommend.

Been using this place for around a year now. They're a good team and always manage to fit us in, even when I call at short notice. They're brilliant with kids, my 2 and 5yo both sit and have their hair done with no issues, probably because they know they'll get a lolly! Always happy with the service here.

I'm shocked to see that the average review is below 5. I actually enjoy and look forward to my visits. Even throughout the pandemic they looked after their customers (and staff) by following guidelines and going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable as I am vulnerable. The team are always friendly, funny and give a great cut! As someone who professionally trains in customer service, my only feedback is to keep up the good work Teresa, Julie and Adam!!
