Clare has been noting less than incredible. In 9 months has bought my son through 2 stages with his regular lessons. The attention to detail in recognising the individuals needs is second to none. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else as a swim teacher to give the confidence in the water & engaging at the same time.
My children (now age 7 and 11) started swimming with Swim Now during lockdown and they have been enjoying their lessons since. During this period we met a number of teachers and Clare definitely stands out. She comes to each lesson prepared, with a clear plan and would try different methods to help the children to achieve the expectations of her lessons. She is great fun, but also able to control behaviours and uses praise and sets clear goals to motivate the children. My kids really enjoy swimming with Swim Now and they have made huge improvements in their swimming; from complete beginners to now swimming 800m. Brendan is a great account manager - he has been extremely responsive and helpful in arranging for us to move between pools, teachers and pulling all the strings to make changes to the pool settings to aid the lessons.
Clare was amazing with my son! We joined when he had only completed level 2 (after a year of group lessons!) to try and get him more confident before going on a beach holiday. He made such great progress in only 3 months we decided to continue. He ended up completing the final stage 7 in the space of just 9 months. I honestly think it would have taken him several years if he had stayed in group lessons so overall I don’t believe this has cost us any more money and means I have a 7 year old who can swim brilliantly. Thank you so much Clare - he loved every bit of it :)
My 3 kids and I had swimming lessons with Clare. I highly recommend Clare. She is a brilliant instructor, all my kids like her so much. She is a very good experienced instructor who knows how to motivate children. We only learnt 4 lessons so far and all of us know basic swimming now. Even though we are not perfect still need to improve but from 0 to swimming more than 25 meters only took us 4 lessons is a really good result. Thanks, Clare, you made us confident in the water. I will definitely recommend Swim Now to my friends.
My son who is 7 has been having lessons with Clare. He is a slow learner and his attention can easily divert so I opted for 1-to-1 lessons. Clare has been brilliant in incorporating a variety of creative methods to help keep him engaged and focused whilst keeping it fun. She has also shown great patience with his learning and he is now much more confident in the water. He really looks forward to these lessons. Is it worth the money? Absolutely yes, as this would have taken him much longer in a group situation. Furthermore swimming could save his life one day and you can't place a price tag on that. Would I recommend?
