Great service, constantly asked if it was okay making me feel less nervous. They were so efficient and there was no wait time especially as I was just a walk in. They did amazing with my nails and were extremely professional. The overall salon is extremely clean and aesthetically pleasing x my go to nail place x
Went with my mom, got acrylic French tips and gel French tips on my toes and loveee them!!! The service was amazing and we got served reasonably quickly considering we didn't have a booking. Ben was doing my nails and he was efficient, gentle and polite. My toenail was bruised, but he was really accommodating and worked around it, no judgement or hassle. Also big shoutout to Hannah and Tony who did my mom’s nails, bothh lovely!! Literally one of my best experiences at a nail salon:) Add photos
Been coming here for about 5 years and they always do the nicest sets. Lovely staff, always clean, they're happy to fix any problems with fresh sets, and the pedicures are second to none! Recommend going early as they do get busy.
I happened to visit my friend in early October. My friend took me to Hollywood Nails Bilston to get my nails done. The staff greeted me very friendly. They offered me free drinks. The shop space is big enough for my nephew to come along comfortably. I did my nails in 1 hour. What a wonderful experience. I got my nails done exactly as I requested 10/10. Very very satisfied with me. Thank you friendly staff and see you again. Deserves 5 stars for the shop
Amazing service and clean environment. I have been there twice and left happy on both occasions. Great communication through Instagram as well. They are always polite and ready to provide answers to any questions. Quick to be attended to and can't fault the team. Felt taken care of and relaxed. The nail tech even paused and asked if I was okay and I really appreciated that. Keep up the good work and I look forward to my next visit. ❤️❤️
She is amazing, with acrylics, nail art. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. she got it right on the spot. Very inviting and welcoming. keep up the good customer service and quality of the nails.

I love getting pedicures here! The staff is very professional and do excellent work. The staff is also nice, friendly and make sure to be gentle with your feet. A very relaxing experience!
Staff always makes me happy with my nails! I have never been so excited to get my nails done to see what we come up with next! Only uses professional products and uses awesome creative skills for design and nail art. Absolutely 100% recommend and I will never go anywhere else!
