   I asked for almond shape with french tips as you can clearly see is all pointing at different directions and the cuticles are also not done… I asked if I could pick the base and all she kept saying is natural pink. When I asked how much, they charged me £38 for this! Wouldn’t recommend. I had to go get my nails redone somewhere else same day because I couldn’t even look at my fingers.

   Only giving 1 star as can’t give anything less. So I am starting this review with negatives, as I am struggling to find positives. Not only did I make an appointment for 9am, might as well have not bothered, was waiting 35 minutes to be seen, with no apology or remorse for the lateness. I asked for natural pink acrylic instead of the clear as I did not want a gel colour, then went to pay and was charged completely different to what was on their price list on the board. Should have been £25 as this is what it says on the board, however they charged me £35, this was the price for acrylic with gel colour which I didn’t have, when I questioned them about this I was greeted with 2 of the staff telling me I have had colour which I most definitely didn’t. Very rude staff, not accommodating, the finish on the nail isn’t what I would have paid £35 for. I have tips on the end and can clearly see where the tip is which is not what I expect from a natural pink acrylic. I Asked to go to get MORE cash out as I had only taken £30 with me on the understanding the price was £25 and they were not comfortable letting me go to the cash point which was directly next door, this made me feel extremely embarrassed in a shop which was full. I will not be returning to this nail salon and I would urge anyone who would think of going here to pick somewhere better with better customer service and value for money.

   Had a booking but still had to wait, the communication from them wasn’t very good and they didn’t make any conversation. Nails I feel aren’t perfect and aren’t worth the amount I paid. They have started to chip/ wear slightly at the tip. Gold detailing In the flower isn’t even central. I paid £43

   First time having my nails properly done and I am so happy with the result. Had a walk in appointment and was served straight away. The lady who did my nails was very attentive to the designs i had envisioned and was very happy to make alterations where they were needed. I will definitely be returning!

   I have been to this nail salon several times now. Each time I have been more than satisfied with the service. I would be happy to make further appointments here. The staff are pleasant and very good doing builder gel nails which I personally prefer.

   Do not let this place touch your eyebrows, asked for a simple tint over the hair on my already micro bladed eyebrows so there’s a perfect outline already of the shape, the lady went in to create big block square shape for no reason, stained the skin around the eyebrow, horrible, made it clear I was unhappy and was charged anyway, won’t be going back

   I’ve been going here for years. Nails are always always beautiful (I’ve had both Gel on natural nails, gel on toes and acrylic) and they always do exactly as you ask and have no issue starting again/changing if you’re not happy with the colour/design. I’ve had many different people do them and they’re all fab. Lovely really friendly too. Only gripe is how long you have to wait to get them done but it is always worth it.

   Nail tech used same equipment and TISSUE on me as my twin. I had to tell her to get a new tissue!! I have complained to them and they are not responding. Environmental health will be notified!! Nails aren't even and my sister's nails are wonky! After sitting for nearly 2 hours we just wanted to leave !!! There's never a manager around either apparently!!!!

   Do not waste your time! I have visited here several times and each time my nails have been terrible. They’ve not lasted, after a few days I’ve had chips/full breaks on acrylic nails as they do them so thin. I only started visiting this salon due to relocating and being far from my usual salon. This salon is much more convenient however I majorly regret my decision today after they’ve completely wasted my time. Today I booked an apt (after calling the salon for 1.5 hours I finally got through!), booked an apt and was still waiting 45 minutes after as they had taken walk-ins. They kept me waiting, moved me around several times as though I was playing musical chairs but failed to actually offer me ANY good customer service The product is terrible and so is the service. They also charge more than my usual salon. I will be returning to Saigon Nails in Lichfield who give excellent customer service and also offer an amazing product which lasts weeks, unlike Natural Nails
