    Daughter aged 13 went in to have acrylic nails taken off before going back to school made her pay £12.00 in cash. Didn't take nails off just cut blue tip off when she asked no I want them off said don't understand done done scared her. I just went in and complained has took her money for nothing to be shouted at no don't understand extremely rude. Scam cash out of people and pay no tax on it.

    Very rude ladies and make the prices up each time I've been. Last time they did my nails, I could've cried as they were hideous and nothing like the picture I showed them. Avoid !!

    I’ve been using this nail bar for over 15 years so they know me as a regular. Today I went in at 12 and couldn’t fit me so told me to come back at 2.30 which I did…the Manager Lisa was finishing off painting someone’s nails and there was 2 girls waiting. At 2.45 she calls one of them over…and asked her what she wanted which was a full set. I was gob smacked and said to her that she told me to come back at 2.30 and I expected to be next. I’d like to say she had a response but she looked right through me so I said I would go somewhere else and left the shop. POOR service and never going back! AVOID ladies!

    Please go elsewhere, do not recommend at all! I had a walk in appointment to which I only had to wait 15 minutes which was good. Downside was the woman who did my nails as if she could not be bothered and was in a rush. Aggressively buffered my nails to the point where she applied nail varnish and my nails began to burn once they went under the UV Lamp. I had to ask her twice why she was rushing and all she kept doing was smiling in my face. This is very concerning for a nail salon and I would recommend not paying cash but do a bank transfer so you have a case should you for any reason need to report them for negligence. Customers are paying to get their nails done, the same customers that are keeping this nail salon open and running, that’s what they fail to understand.

    These people are rude it’s not lack of English because when I come in and they’re in a good mood they will talk !!! They pick and choose when to talk ! They are rude and customer service is horrendous .. they make you feel very unwelcome !!! This is the last time I’ll be coming here !!!!!! They’re better places just round the Corner that make you feel like you’re welcome !!!

    Too rushed ! I don’t normally write reviews, however such a bad service along with no customer service prompted me to write this review. I was made to feel like I was at fault Cus I wouldn’t accept chipped , damaged and not set nail varnish application . Went for pedicure and pedicure only lasted 20 mins this included nail varnish application ! Spent 50 mins under dryer in my opinion nail varnish was applied too fast and so rushed that it wouldn’t set . I had to have same toes reapplied three times and final finish is shabby . Nails were cut crooked and no real pedicure treatment was given . Feet are usually massaged, my legs were slapped ? I didn’t find this relaxing at all ? Used to go here all the time . I won’t be returning, clearly not as good as they used to be . The lady that had to apply the same two nails three times that were overloaded with nail varnish told me I should have gel on toes , not normal nail varnish ? I explained I had never had this issue before and I had had a pedicure there many times . Whilst I was waiting a lady returned who had gel applied to toe nails and hands day before and needed repairs .

    Awful & Rude. Booked an appointment, turned up and they had started someone else’s nails in my appointment time! I was 5 minutes early! Then they expected me to wait until the eu had finished. Disgusting customer service

    Its Rubbish Honestly i had my nails done last week. My own nails with gel on wthin 2 days the gel cracked middle of the nail, i went back they fixed it at an extra charge. 2 days later the gel chips off revealing my own nail so again i went back thwy did abotch job but as i had work i need to leave. The small lady smartly dressed seem to be the boss said i should come back and she would fix my nail no charge. I explained i could not get back until friday. This was agreed. However i went there today on to be told i needed to pay for my nails to be re-done as it as been too long. Its a week tomorrow ive been back twice and my nails look rubbish you can see my own nail at the end of the gel. I am extremely disappointed with the service . It not proffessional. Honestly ladies save your money and your time go somewhere else because its really Rubbish
