   Very rude company. I have a voucher id love to use, I sent a what’s app message in JULY!! Left it until after the 6 weeks holiday to try and contact again incase of holidays/ time off. Since the start of September I have emailed, messaged on Instagram, what’s app messaged again, and commented on posts. 0 response and seems I’m not the only one. Funny how they continue to post on social media!! What they didn’t know is I’d liked have to continue with lessons after using the voucher (whether they’re ignoring as they don’t want me to use the voucher?) but no way would I attend now.

   I can't rate Swim Bedminster highly enough. Very empathetic and supportive of my nervous swimmer of a 3 year old daughter. She's come on leaps and bounds in her lessons with Heather.

   We have had 3 children swim with this swim school and have been thoroughly pleased with it. They have all progressed really well and have enjoyed the fun lessons. Pool is lovely and warm. Teachers are lovely and give the children great encouragement. Week on week I could see their strokes and confidence building. My eldest 2 only left when they leveled out of the size of the pool and needed to progress on to a 25m pool. We would thoroughly recommend this swim school.
