Absolutely shocking company and products. I bought a floating lamp/charger for my nephews 18th birthday to find it was broken when he unwrapped it, asked for a replacement which arrived without the power socket and lasted exactly a week before breaking. My other half also ordered a replacement one and this too arrived broken. Countless emails to them directly, calls via Amazon to sort out returns and refunds to be met with "you're past your return date" - it was not, "you need to send proof of return" - we did but they have no record of it even though they signed for the return. Shocking company and products and have disabled my ability to write a review on Amazon, avoid these scam merchants.
