   Not worth any stars. My sister had a second appointment with Solomon for Monday 4th September at 4.30 she took a half day off work for this ,she made her way to the shop and was there for 4.20 only to find the shutters down. This is disgusting no one had even phoned to let her know no way to run a business will certainly tell our friends to give this place a wide birth. Doesn’t even deserve one star.

   I popped in last minute today, I didn't need to book an appointment. I was served by a Blonde/fair haired lady (I didn't quite catch her name). She was BRILLIANT! Really knowledgable, approachable and professional. She was able to get me sorted with the best product and she had such a great personality. Will definitely be back and my new insoles make my feet feel fantastic. Highly reccommend.

   I was advised to get shoes from here to accommodate my orthotics, but it's hit and miss. Staff are always lovely, but the footwear is designed for older people.

   My wife has been struggling with pain for a while and went in to see what they can do. After being measured and assessed, we walked out with new shoes and custom insoles and so far she says they are fantastic and slowly starting to ease the pain, as her feet are now aligned better.

   Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had, I asked the guy working there to advice me which one is better, to buy insoles or shoes and he said the insoles would be great for my flatfoot, he scanned my foot and then I placed my foot on the insoles to take the shape. the lady on the cashier told me it is a lifetime guarantee , but only after 24 hours the insoles became flat and the pain got worse then before.

   Fabulous staff. Bought sandals on Saturday as having heel pain. The staff couldn't have been better, I had my feet looked at and the problem explained and ended up leaving with really nice pair. The staff were so friendly and professional and I'm going back soon to get inserts and have been online looking for another pair. Excellent store.

   Just brought my elderly mum in and the staff couldn't have been more helpful or nicer to us. Even though we didn't find anything to suit my mum in-store today they measured her feet so we'll be able to order online easier now. Many thanks!
