I live near Bristol. I was on holiday to Cornwall and driven to Plymouth for this place. Overall, it was ok but the lines are way too long and not enough staff at the tills.
I’ve been in the Primark Plymouth store several times recently, and the experience has become quite disappointing. The store itself is fine, but the behaviour of some of the managers really lets it down. I’ve noticed managers standing around chatting or doing very little while customers are looking for help. When they do speak to people, the attitude often comes across as abrupt or dismissive. It doesn’t create a comfortable or friendly shopping environment at all. It’s also uncomfortable to see how some managers speak to their team. The tone can be harsh and unprofessional, and it creates a tense atmosphere in the store. You’d expect better communication and leadership skills from a big company like Primark. Overall, the store would be much better if the management showed more respect, were more helpful, and took customer service seriously.
Was tired so asked one of the ladies for some help finding an outfit that was on display and all 3 there got to work immediately and did it in seconds, one of them couldn’t find me the trousers in my size so got me the next best thing that would work and it looked great. Really appreciated thank you
Went it with Jesu rhe occupational therapist here at waters park house, got some really nice tops,no queue either which is why I do not normally go by perfect timing, but appalled again because UNDERCOVER POLICE SERGANT MICHEAL SHARPE AGAIN MADE ME BREAK WIND THEIR AFTER M&S FOOD HALL, NEW LOOK AND NOW PRIMARK , what I think he's a hot button happy to be honest did a jot hammy possible tally charts these people are the dense people ive met in my life. Want my own dependable thought this was just a stop gap to get a better and move on but I'm Nadege atkins chosen one 'alcohol related brain damage'your having a laugh. I can't leave because in Nadege Atkins chosen one, appalled then Blaintally wired marketing a mental ill person iller who does he think he is,laid it out so simply for any simpleton to understand. Really big Primark with a huge range of stock, all at pretty reasonable prices. It's over 2 floors so plenty of choice in all departments.
Upstairs can be messy at times with clothes over the floor. Great place for cheap clothes for kids, especially 0 to 10-year-olds. Lovely kids clothes as well for the price of what they are. Could do with a lot more selection for adult clothes but on how great place to shop
