Great service, wonderful place. I called into Pitcher's today to purchase a half inch extension bar for my socket set. The nice gentleman serving me searched the storeroom but he was out of stock. I needed an odd sized nut and bolt for a loft ladder so called in hoping they could help me. I only had my card and it wasn't viable to pay using it. To solve the problem the gentleman said just drop it in next time you're passing. I was so taken aback by such wonderful generosity that on my way to the car I 'remembered I had some change in the glovebox so returned back to the shop to pay. I have to say although it was a small item the man serving me was so polite, kind and generous.
Great service for fasteners. They have been around for a hundred years and they are the go to company for nuts and bolts.
