   The tall man with glasses is amazing however the short large woman with glasses is so rude I came in and was comparing screw sizes to my item I needed to unscrew then she came shouting at me thinking I was trying to unscrew it, despite my talking calmly trying to explain she was rude snatched it out my hand and lost my custom only good thing about the shop is the helpful man and his kind nature

I was a bit worried as battery seemed to be going on car key fob - helped me to solve my puzzle of getting the right battery and finding a you tube video to show me how to open the key!    Extremely rude and arrogant staff, not helpful at all, follow you around the shop like stasi spies. Over-priced substandard products, better suited to a flea-market. Only ever used them out of convenience, but I would suggest customers be prudent and shop for your supplies at a proper DIY superstore where the products are better quality, way cheaper, and the staff are of decent character !

3. The Equaliser 2 ★☆☆☆☆

   Over priced low quality items (most of which you’d find at a builders merchants for a quarter of the price). Arrived and got followed around the shop, no one really wanted to help me. I think the staff hold a unconscious bias towards customers regardless of how friendly or polite you are to them. Staff urgently need retraining. Felt sorry for the tall lad working there, you could tell his confidence had sadly been knocked by the unfriendly large lady and young girl with glasses. I won’t ever be visiting again :)
