Got back from work had a delivery to find out that the stone we ordered was left by the garage and not top of drive blocking it. So would like to say a big thank you from my partner much appreciated.

I’ve been here many times, From the office to the yard workers they are all very helpful. I guess it’s a cross between a builders yard and a landscaping depot. It’s well stocked and has useful displays and a well stocked shop and lots of parking. They have forklifts and tippers should you need help on a pick up or Trailer and there are enough lads as long as your patient if it’s a busy day to put stuff in your boot? They do deliveries and you need to book the service, usually a day or two in advance. Regarding price, I have found them to be competitive on many things, but on average it’s good value. And brilliantly, there is a log burner in the shop for when you’re paying.
Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Recently spent nearly £300 & found we were 2 small pavers short (their fault as they’d been miss counted, an easy mistake to make) when my husband went back for them he was met with pure hostility from the start ‘can you prove it’ he was asked, well no but can you prove they were put on. ‘Well it’s only £1.70 what are you arguing about’, exactly but you’re doing the same, ‘then you should of come back the same day’ but they weren’t laid until the day before that’s when we discovered we were short. What ever happened to the customer is always right, I could understand him questioning us if they were £20 a piece, so we re-bought them. We were going to buy other items, not now they don’t deserve customers with that attitude.
Customer service leaves a lot to be desired by Stuart. He refused to help when I asked, as I could not carry my order to my back gate. I therefore had to cancel the order. Stay away solo ladies, no compassion from this man. Disgusting.
Very wide selection of products available with friendly staff, there is a large outdoor display area which is tidy its an ideal environment especially at the moment with current restrictions.
Just had my pavers delivered. Fantastic prices and great service. I went to the yard, Stuart explained how to order and how long it would take due to the pandemic. Order arrived earlier than expected, delivery guy was polite and helpful. Had a few broken pavers, simple phone call and they were replaced next day. Brilliant service, would recommend to all. UPDATE Aug 2020 I ordered 80 sqm of turf, price was over that Wickes and online turf providers. It was freshly cut the morning of delivery, amazing quality. I had off cuts from edging. But wastage due to holes, tears or bad grass, I lost about 1.5 feet total. I ordered 5 % for wastage on cuts. I ended having plenty to spare. Woukd highly recommend
STAY AWAY AT ALL COST! Absolutely disgusted with their service. We ordered a lot of paving (over £800 worth) which they delivered a large quantity of broken. I specifically asked if they needed to see the broken paving in order to replace it, which they didn't respond to so I took photographs just in case. They offered me a new delivery slot three weeks later and then didn't show up with the replacement paving. We couldn't get in touch via phone so went into store, where the owner said we won't replace the paving because we can't see the broken slabs even though his delivery driver saw them and said they would be replaced for us! And then said, well we don't have a delivery slot booked in for that day, even though i had everything in writing in an email! And then made us pay and EXTRA £100 in paving, even though it was their fault in the first place. Not once did they apologise. Absolutely disgraceful. Do not use them unless you want to be scammed out of your money.
