Brilliant experience. Helpful, courteous and efficient team did a great job helping to turn our garden space from a chore to maintain into a pleasure to spend leisure time in and, all on time with added advice and effort enhancing our experience and enjoyment of the finished space. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.
Absolutely fantastic company. Made a really good job of our landscaping in horrible wet conditions I don't think it stopped raining for 3 weeks. All the lads were really nice and helpful. I will definitely be using them again for more work.
Scott and his team have done a great job on transforming our garden with patios, pathways, planters, a water feature, lighting and a new turfed lawn that have a real WOW factor. Scott, Ben, Martin, Tom and the two Jakes are fully committed to delivering a great outcome for their clients. They care about the work that they do and having seen them work up close for a number of weeks the level of skill and professionalism that they demonstrate is impressive. They work very well as a team and after a while it felt less like a client and contractor relationship and more like we were all part of one big team. We had regular meetings with Scott to discuss and agree details of the work to be undertaken and the process felt quite fluid. Broadly speaking the original outline design has stayed the same but through working closely with Scott, the details of how that design has come to life are different in some important respects, resulting in a look which is visibly different, but better, than originally envisaged. The overall look is stunning, which is not just our view but the view of everyone that has seen it so far. Thank you Scott, Ben, Martin, Tom and the two Jakes for the quality of the outcome and the way that you worked closely with us to achieve it, both of which are very much appreciated. We are already planning further projects with Scott and his team.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. In the first instance Scott was extremely helpful with the planning and assisted me with various options to configure my garden, which is on two levels, steep and dangerous. Work began in July 2023 and the weather was against them but Scott’s team carried on, they were very hard working, reliable and pleasant during 7 days on site. All areas were cleaned prior to them leaving the job, so it looked perfect. I really appreciate Scott and his team turning a dangerous garden into a beautiful area, making it easy to tend.I would defiantly use them again.

Engaged Able Facilities (Scott) to treat the back garden fences at my partners property on both sides where appropriate, which involved the co-operation of 3 different neighbours! This they carried out in a orderly, and professional manner, with no complaints from the neighbours, which was my main concern! Had a minor problem due to a misunderstanding on a what should and should not be treated, in what was an awkward job due to the number of fence sections involved, which Scott accepted with no quibble sending one of his men back the next day to treat. Based on this experience I would recommend them.
Able Facilities re-laid our patio. The result was excellent. All the employees were polite and the work was done in a professional and tidy way. Scott was most helpful and ensured everything was done as agreed. The price was very fair.

We had our whole rear garden ripped out and reconfigured with a new patio laid and new lawn to leave the space on two levels with railway sleeper retaining walls/beds. From the off we were impressed by Scott, his ideas and suggestions and his manner in addressing our needs and also the flexibility he was happy to show in addressing tweaks and changes as we went along. Price in my view represented good value for money. The work that they have done is really good and his team is excellent - really get on with it, are knowledgeable and are considerate in everything they do. We've enjoyed having them here and Im confident that any after care that may be required will be good. Id recommend without hesitation.
Excellent service from Able exterior cleaning! They cleaned, sanded and re-sealed our driveway and the results are incredible. Couldn't be happier! Will definitely use Able again and recommend them highly.
