What a great experience last week. I went into store and was greeted by lovely lady called Chloe. Chloe was so helpful and friendly. She advised me on buying arch fit trainers. I also purchased the arch support socks, I have to say the best purchase I have made. I will be returning to this store again for all future purchases.
Today I got served by Sam & David. Great service by both. Sam ensured my daughter got a pair of trainers that fitted & were suitable for what we needed.
I was very pleased with the visit to shechers today. Leonore was my assistant, super efficient, friendly, got my choices of shoes to try on. I was in a reputable shoe shop, a few days ago, nó help, nó advice, I left and will not return. Today was so positive. Thanks to Leonore.

What a Great Young Manager in today Saturday , I bought shoes and golf shoes , such a great person excellent communication skills and knowledge, unlike Clark’s two doors down where is we’re I was going to purchase one pair of shoes but within a few minutes decide not to dye to the person working in the shop . Lost two sales to the excellent manager in Skechers , thanks I’ll be back .

We had to pay a visit today with my elderly sister who suffers from dementia and were provided with outstanding care and service from Emma. Thank you so much Emma. You set a great example for all your colleagues. I hope your manager appreciates you.
