   Had the worst experience with New Look. Bought clothes in Belfast and was assured I could exchange or get a credit note/gift card. The items I bought didn’t fit, when attempting to return them was told that they won’t offer that service. Why is it that these places can take your money but are unwilling to assist the buyer. I’ll never shop in New Look again. Just left the clothes with them, they’ll probably resell to some other person.

   I love this shop. One of the sales team called Amy is the most friendliest, helpful person I've came across in any shop in a very long time. Her customer service is outstanding. She definitely makes your shopping experience calm relaxed and friendly.

   Went on one errand to your banbridge store before 5 today and you were closed. I had checked your opening times before I left the house and it said 10 am to 5.30 this was disappointing
