   After a long wait, an item of stock I was seeking to purchase online, became available. Not sure of it’s suitability, the staff at the WB store were extremely helpful and accommodating in ordering my item into their store for me to view. They kept me up to date with its delivery progress and once arrived, offered to assist with transportation to my car! Highly recommended store - staff couldn’t have been anymore helpful!

   A great experience at the Oliver Bonas store in West Bridgford today. The candle range made it smell heavenly and there was a good selection of the range and sizes available. Found a beautiful dress, the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Left feeling very happy with my purchase and visit. Only improvement would be regarding the changing room that was a little sparse and needed a quick dust and clean.

   Lovely boutique shop with lots of quirky gifts, beautiful clothes, jewellery and accessories. Staff very friendly and cheerful and I even met the cat who has adopted them as somewhere warm to hang out!
