   Excellent supermarket, they always have all the essentials in stock, staff are very helpful, no request is too small and even help you to your car if shopping is heavy. The prices are super competitive and goods on sale here from the world over. The best shop on Dudley Road Wolverhampton.

   If it were possible, I’d give zero stars. Bought goat meat from this shop and it was rotten with a very bad smell. When we went back to inform the people working there and owner, they were disrespectful and unhelpful instead of taking responsibility. This shows a serious lack of hygiene and customer care. Avoid buying from here unless you want to risk your health and wanna end up in hospital

   Bit disappointed by the visit, I was told store is good and prices are reasonable. Prices are almost same as other stores in Wednesbury and West Bromwich Indian grocery stores. Vegetables were stale didn’t seem like looked after well. Store wasn’t well organised and parking was challenging because people didn’t follow road markings to exit or entrance, cars took double spaces, I was really looking forward to seeing more indian utensils.staff was very friendly though, i hope management will bring some standards to attract more customers.

   Staff on the tils are very rude. Why cant you pay by card unless its over £5??!! Samras and other shops on Dudley Road dont have a problem with it.

   The staff here should learn how to behave to the customers in a courteous way. I felt that the way they communicate is a bit towards the rude part of the spectrum. They speak in a way that they order the customers to do things that requesting them. Very much reluctant to use the words “please”, and “thanks”, which are part of basic courtesy while conversing. And some notices within the shop were hilarious!!. Hoodies are not allowed and customer cant carry their own shopping bags. I felt like they are assuming all customers as burglars, which is unacceptable. Will try to avoid this shop next time. I am not gonna spend my money to face rude people and conversations.

   Great store Very spacious. Everything you need. Excellent prices. HOWEVER there was an incident of an elderly woman who fell by the doors on her way out. She hurt her knee pretty bad and was in tears. What annoyed me was the fact the stagf didn't bother attending to her until 3 tp 4 mins later yet the tills were RIGHT THERE. My mum had to go over and speak to them to ask where first aid was. They just surrounded her asking "has she fallen"? No she's bloody flying in the air. She then went to get a high chair and I asked her if she had a lower one. How is she suppsoe to stand up and sit on that. They not organised in these kinds of situations.
