   Absolutely disgraceful experience. I was overcharged by £2 at this shop plain and simple. When I went back to get it sorted, instead of an apology or basic respect, the owner argued with me like I was the problem. I told him straight: “This is no good, ripping people off.” Only then did he respond, not with decency, but by throwing the £2 coin at me from the till like I wasn’t even worth the effort of handing it over. I told him clearly: “If you asked nicely, with some honesty and respect, I’d give you money for free. But don’t rip people off and pretend it’s okay.” I picked up the coin and put it in the charity box because at least there, it would do some good. Shops like this don’t just make mistakes they bank on people not noticing. And when called out, they react with arrogance instead of accountability. I’ve supported plenty of local businesses, but I refuse to support one that treats its customers like this. A serious wake up call is needed here, and until then, I’ll be taking my money elsewhere and I suggest others do too.
