   Fun story: I saw a discount price tag saying 50p for an ice cream tug but it’s for only one specific flavour, under the tag there was like 20 different flavours, I couldn’t find it so asked a staff member to help me find it or at least confirm it’s not there, but the man told me “if you can’t find it we don’t have stock” and then walked away instantly, I was left there to keep finding it on my own, and then when I asked a second member for help I was confronted by that same man for asking the same question twice….. anyway at least this second one told me that flavour was out of stock (I do doubt the seriousness slightly), also at the end the security guard had to give me that death stare as I was walking out as if I committed a crime, as if he wanted to take me on, I broke the ice by telling him what happened, he told me “please leave, we’re working here” like what is he implying? I’m jobless, not a customer or something? Check the CCTV please, I wasn’t even aggressive or violent at the slightest, did I deserve all this?

   As below there is a rude store assistant, I can see someone stated her name is Gemma, shes a mature woman wearing a face mask. The store was empty but refused to serve people at the till instead told customers to use self service, and when the self service machine showed an error message, she accused the customer of doing something wrong and spoke to them quite rudely. She has no customer skills, she refuses to help people. I can see multiple people have previously complained about her, but nothing seems to have happened

   Want to say thank you to Megan this morning really friendly and want to say thank you for her great friendly customer service. A smile and being very polite goes a long way and has made my day. Came into store feeling meh ,but at the end of the service she gave me left feeling really happy so big thanks Megan really appreciate you today have a lovely day

   The customer assistant I think her name is Gemma. She is always wearing a mask. I think she’s very unprofessional. She doesn’t acknowledge when a customer is asking her something, I find her a little rude. She appears to have no customer service skills. Other staff that has served me I have no complaints. Overall, shop is always tidy and well stocked.

   This is probably one of the worse Sainsbury's I've been in, no bakery stuff out in the morning. Staff talking by the bakery stuff out back, hello we can hear you from the other side. I dont mean just talking they talk about everything other than working and actually getting the bakery stuff in the basket. To make things worse, contactless wasn't even working so after waiting around for barkery stuff that never arrived to then be told cash or card when I have a bus to catch shortly is just ridiculous. Sort it out, all ways seems manic in there and not co-ordination at all. Left with nothing after wasting 15 minutes in there.

   Usually a handy spot to go to, but the customer service (rather a joke of) by a member of staff Gemmara/Gennara was appauling. Upon going to the till to checkout she assumed me and my friend were paying together and said to go the another cashier and called another customer over. The cashier wasn;t ready and even the other customer said we were first, Gennara/Gemmara said "She isn't going to do all that" referring to our items as she was finishing soon. She was so rude abrupt, when my friend explained we had separate items to pay for she fobbed off my friend with a dirty look and refused to serve us. She then went on to serve not 1 but 2 more customers leading me to thing were we just subject to prejudice due to us being of Asian origin. Disgusting customer service and not how you treat people let alone customers.

   Don’t think I’ve ever visited a Sainsbury’s as casually ran as this local. Queues last for 10 minutes as there are never more than 1 or 2 til staff with no self-checkout. Prices are fine, service is too slow. I am victim of and also privy too the large amount of customers leaving their shop to make a train.
