Huge thank you to Ellie on customer services today who’d just come on her shift! She went above and beyond to resolve our gift card issue! Lovely lady too! The previous lady who served us wouldn’t let us get a word in to explain the situation and after ringing the number on the back of the card which I was advised to! I ended up having to do 2 trips to Sainsbury’s! Thank you Ellie!

This is like most Sainsbury's. A good range of products -not my usual supermarket but I mostly come here to purchase items you can't get at places like Lidl or Aldi. The prices are decent with Nectar card. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Plenty of parking, but like Raglan Street in town, the disabled spaces are full every time I visit. Also like the store in town, there are no smaller trolleys, or not enough to meet demand. Not everyone can handle a large trolley. I came to this store to stock up on vitamins as the Raglan Street store has hardly any due to a new Planogram. They havent ordered them, to make the job of moving products to a new shelf plan easier. This store has done the same, so if you are wanting Vitamins avoid Sainsbury's. The kiosk was again under staffed again. One staff member covering the kiosk and Customer Service. The queue was huge. An absolute nightmare. Like the store in town, Sainsbury's want your money and custom, but in return provide a second class service, making a shopping trip with them rather unpleasant. I feel sorry for the staff who must be under pressure, doing the job of two people, like the poor lady on the kiosk. Shame on you Sainsbury's. Ill try Tesco next time.

What poor experience! Only self service check out ! Ridiculous for disabled people. I asked a member of staff why normal check outs not working.. she said shortage of staff .. tell the Managers. Tell she proceeded to open a till. We still had to carry on self service. Ridiculous attitude. The Manager of the store should be ashamed of his store and rotas system for the time of day. Everyone i saw looked frustrated queuing for the self service. Won't be shopping here ever again

This is our local one and 90% of the time they don’t have the nappies we have. Sainsburys own brand nappies are the best we’ve come by. Had to walk the whole store to find a staff member to see if there was any out the back but again there wasn’t.

Not the best one to visit because of where it's situated, entrance and exit onto the car park is awkward at times but the shop itself is quite big/spacious. Plenty of stock. Friendly staff but I just don't get a good vibe from this shop like some of the other herons I've visited

Actually went to collect an item from the in store Argos but saw how nice and inviting store was so did a bit of clothes and grocery shopping while there. Clothes prices are slightly higher than other supermarkets but seem better quality. Lots of value ranges in store now.

Wow what can I say, from the car park entrance you know you're in for a treat. They sell literally everything here and its quite a big place to get around. If you get stuck there's loads of staff on hand to help you and show you to what your looking for. They also have toilets in case you get caught short whilst your in the middle of your adventure. I would give at least 2 to 3 hours for your visit and don't worry because the car park is free you can take your time. Enjoy folks

Have been charged 3 times for mystery items that I didn't pick up. Now can't get through to the store to query it, as robot on the phone doesn't understand the issue. When I finally got it to call the store they put the phone down. Great customer service Sainsbury's, so now I have to come back to the store just to query something that shouldn't have happened in the first place. Definitely won't be doing anymore shopping with you.
