Access isn’t the easiest, town centre location, parking under the store. Escalators up to the store itself. The store itself is OK but I’ve only been there two or three times. As a disabled person I usually have my favourite Kenyan Fairtrade ground coffee delivered, it’s just less hassle than going to the store

If I could give zero I would. Not enough staff on tills... barely any stock on shelves. Then that's even if the escalator is working or the lifts which I have been stuck in twice. Stuck at smart shop till for 15 mins and then when I approached a member of staff the attitude was poor! Barely any trolleys...I am certainly dreading Christmas if you can't cope with a normal Saturday!

A large supermarket with almost everything you need under one roof. Argos in store, as well as a variety of eateries including slim chicken. Plenty of underground parking, including disabled and toddler and parent which is available for a maximum of three hours. Petrol station o site too

As a regular customer, my recent visit left much to be desired. During my time there many colleagues tried to walk through me, expecting me to move out their way whilst moving stock about the store or using hand held devices with no regard for customers. This isnt an isolated issue. At no time did they acknowledge me or apologise for this. Total lack of customer service training at this store. This is becoming more and more an issue each visit. Also prices increasing and then offered as discounts only if you have a nectar card. No real savings just pure greed and profiteering.

I love Sainsbury's in Wolverhampton... however, it needs some money spending on it by HQ (who earn billions!) Lights in the huge understore car park remain off or flickering. The huge escalators in store very rarely work....usually one is out of action for weeks at a time. Shelves can be empty more often than they care to admit. When fully stocked and running as it should, its a fab store!!!

Well stocked and food had really good dates. Shame there wasn’t a rotisserie for hot food, ready cooked chicken as I think this was all that was really missing. Nice to see a good collection of items, we usually visit the Bentley Bridge store and found the Wolverhampton produce a lot fresher and better dates. Will definitely be co continuing to shop here instead!

I advise all the shoppers not to use the self scan device because for unknown reasons you may be suspicious & accused and some one may come to you and scan the item on your shopping cart and ask you to complete your check out through the normal till and you discover that the amount showing at your hand scanner device is matching the exact amount at your till bill !!! And when you ask the store manager to explain to you what’s going on she simply says don’t take it Personally it’s just a random check !!! This is a disgrace to a store that expected to respect its clients especially with a regular client who has been shopping from them for a very long time

Lovely staff at customer services she was such a lovely lady called Michelle, these are the kind of staff who put a smile on your face. God bless you. And a lovely lady called Ravi who saved me alot of time searching. Thank you Was a pleasant experience.

Parking was good (traffic due to a footy match) Went in-store after checking the deal online. Was annoyed my item wasn't in stock. Headed over to Argos to see if they had anything- same story. I suppose it can be an issue with the larger stores as the sale stock depletes faster. Otherwise generally clean store, friendly and helpful staff.

There is nothing wrong with this supermarket as such, however, the contract security employed by Sainsbury's Wolverhampton really need to learn some manners and tact. Since when is it ok to openly profile customers and harass them based on an assumption and nothing more! I don't think I will be shopping there again.
