   Racist low life miserable judgmental staff they have nothing better to do than talk bad about people of color i have complained to the local police as well about the hate crime i have faced while shopping there. I have 2 car dealerships i pay more tax than the entire heron foods wednesfield staff i am more valuable to this country then them never forget this. Heron foods really need to investigate into this matter. I am still rich at the end of the day and they will be working and claiming benefits for the rest of there miserable lives.

   I tried to get a member of staff for help but she was too busy on her headset talking to other members of staff laughing and joking. Aren’t they not meant for that purpose? Same with the tills always distracted talking on their headset. I can see many others have addressed this issue on their reviews, clearly nothing is being done about this.

   Staff members are too busy talking to each other though their headset than concentrate serving customers. They are too busy talking about personal life rather than business talk. I find it it’s very unprofessional and not caring about customer needs. It’s all the time whenever I visit. One staff member scammed my items twice ( not paying attention because too busy talking) this needs to be addressed.

   Probably a harsh review as not used it for long...my wife had a bad experience with a rude cashier...to be fair when I complained the young lad on the till and a young manager were very respectful of the situation...if people don't like dealing with the public..don't deal with the public

   Great place to shop but had accident there . Supposed to have contacted me I had to go back in myself I had to fill accident form it the girl was ok but when she saw me licking my fingers after earing donnuts wouldn't let me use her pen or touch paper. I understand why but there a right way and a wring way to do things I want pleased at all and as I work in retail I found her very rude I would of only gave 1 star but manager was nice
