Self scan not working in Wolves, 3 members if staff could not or would not help spent 30 mins in store to buy 3 items. After waiting a further 10 mins I left without buying anything. I won't go back to W'ton Sainsburys.

Great apart from there was only 1 big trolley left and they dont have any twin seat trolleys at all. It would also be really good if people without children would STOP parking in the parent and child bays

Hello, my name is Agetina. I’ve been living in Wombourne for over 6 years and I’m a mother of three children. I often come to this Sainsbury’s because it’s close to where I live and I like to take my kids for a walk and stop by for some snacks or small shopping. Most of the staff at this store are always friendly, kind, and welcoming. Some of them even ask me where my children are if I come in alone — they’ve gotten to know us over time, and I appreciate that. However, today (Sunday, 3rd August), I had a very upsetting experience. I was with my children and went to look at the reduced section. A lady with short hair, who was working on reductions in a different section, spoke rudely and told a new staff member not to reduce anything until I left. I was shocked and hurt by this behaviour. I don’t know why she treated me that way. Maybe she doesn’t like me because I come often or because I’m there with my kids, but I felt judged and unwanted. I’ve always respected the staff and waited patiently if reductions were still being done. This behaviour was not only unprofessional but also made me feel very uncomfortable and sad. If there’s an issue with how or when I visit, I would prefer someone to speak to me politely — not treat me like a problem. I hope the management looks into this. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, especially in a community store many of us rely on daily.

Shocking store.Visit if you wish to beg for someone to serve you.Rude passive agressive manager who needs urgent training on customer resolution! After 7 years of visiting this store every week i have watched it sink to a shocking apathetic store. It used to becso vibrant! Has some great staff but truely shocking inaffective management! Sainsbury need to step in and save this store at pace from the management who are running it into the ground.Such a shame!

Store advertises pizzas cooked in store but on my last 4 visits I'm either told by a member of staff that we aren't cooking pizzas and today 03/11/2022 was told that we couldn't order again. we work in a local business but after being let down on numerous occasions we will be finding else where to source lunches etc....

A pleasant enough medium sized Sainsbury. The shelves were well stocked. There were plenty of baskets and trolleys. Staff were friendly and sociable however the managers really should shop moaning when on the shop floor. Customers have ears too. The car park has plenty of space however care needs to be taken to clear the trolleys that certain customers are unable to return to the storage area.
