Excellent first impression. We just moved into the area, and the customer service was excellent. Will definitely support them more.

Went in today to buy items for a picnic tomorrow and as i approached the till the staff member ‘ Lisa ‘ asked if i was paying card i said yes i am and she then went on to say ‘ do you know you can use the self checkouts ‘ even though the shop was quiet and i went there just to be served not by a machine. i then said ‘ yes i know ‘ and she muttered under her breath rudely ‘ then why don’t you use it then ‘ . i grabbed all my shopping and moved to the self service and she went ‘ i’ll serve you’ and i said no don’t bother because i heard what you just said. She proceeding to lie and say she didn’t but what would i gain from making it up?. The customer service is shocking and Lisa frankly should have more lessons on common manners. Won’t go again and have complained to Co-op themselves.

Regular visitor to this shop but the staff seem to run it as their own cooperative often choosing to open at 5,10 or even 15 minutes after the advertised time, just been to counter and a most miserable assistant was messing about behind the counter when she could see there were three people waiting to be served. After I while I asked one of her colleagues if she could come and serve which appeared to trigger her into a response which was to say I'm here aren't I. When I said she had ignored the queue for 5 minutes she mumbled something and after serving me didn't offer a till receipt but verbally mumbled something under her breath to the next customer.she is a disgrace to the company

Always clean and tidy with lovely staff. Well stocked with cupboard fillers and lay minute items you might run out of. There have been some recent changes and there seems to be less fresh food in and less frozen food too. The offers are not as impressive anymore either most of the time. The loyalty app had been updated so I haven't been able to access it for months now and there is no signal or WiFi inside the store. The new self checkout option is great for nipping in for a couple of things but it would be nice to feel you had the choice...I have been to the person at the checkout once or twice only to be asked to use the self service instead which put me off a bit... Though I believe the staff have been told to encourage people... Just my opinion... But think you should leave people to make their own choice to be honest.

Management are really rude here and always look in a bad mood. It's expensive and the selection isn't great, particularly gluten free. Convenient location but we avoid whenever we can.

Post office website says post office open on Sundays, went to the store and it was closed.

Small and convenient store for a quick lunch snack or a top up shopping. Items seem to be on the little higher priced end. Parking is limited but free. Entrance and exit is via the same route. Must be careful of incoming / outgoing traffic.

Nice, friendly staff.Handy convenience store with post office.I wouldn't use it to do a main shop as it can be a bit more expensive than other shops, but they often do offers where you can buy two laundry items for less than you pay for one.

Good local coop but they do tend to make you wait sometimes, for some reason the staff seem reluctant to call more staff to the tills. This time I got caught as they had a lorry arrive and a pensioner wanting a 85p refund, 1 staff on tills, queue building.
