   Staff are lovely, but I absolutely hate giving my money to Tesco. Making record profits during a cost of living crisis. Some of the prices in there are absolutely sickening. And to top it off, instead of just having normal bags for 5p, they've figured out that having 40p bags when you know you will need one, is just one final slap in the face after already being fleeced. If you take your clubcard, you get a discount, when in reality, you just get the normal price it was before they increased it to make the clubcard deal seem like a great offer.

   i need to make it clear the 'customer service?' at Tesco is disgraceful. I have been rudely assulted verbally by the TESCO staff member on the self checkout. He blamed me for the machine not working and says it is my fault?? how can you blame a customer for YOUR machine not working?? how dare he speak to me such a way, and he also refused to give me his name, he was tall and had a beard and he did not have a badge on and he had a very aggrevise and i think boarderline racist please can tesco contact me

   As I waited in the queue I witnessed probably the worst customer service I've seen for a while. Priority was given to the items that had obviously been ordered on an app and needed to be collected in 1hr. The girl refused to help 2 people as she was"busy"doing a priority order, the chap on the till refused to look to see if there was any duplicate stock out the back as the lady wanted to purchase duplicate items that weren't on the shelf saying "he was too busy to look". what ever happened to customer service in a shop?? There was a third member of staff I really don't see what their problem was. If it wasn't for the fact I was getting an old person's shopping I would have walked out. Won't be using again

   After I hobbled in tonight with my broken ankle I can't thank the staff enough. Neil with the Romany Gyspy light fluffy Mediterranean hair was quick to offer help by carrying my goods to the counter. Liam was a star in his own right by carrying my purchases to the waiting taxi. Cameron (the manager) supported his work colleagues to help aid me to the taxi with my goods. A big thank you!
