Shocking service. Placed an order, I called them myself to ask if they are open as its Easter and why they haven't accepted the order, they said the problem is on deliverios side, I called deliveroo and they said the store isn't answering their calls so clearly the hold up is on co-ops side
This place as zero customer service, staff are always rude and constantly big trolleys in the way so you can't get round. I asked where the stuffing was and he just put it in my face, no convo no please no thank you. Guy constantly at the front of the door which makes it so uncomfortable.
Stop in regularly after being to the fish store over the road. Availability is okay, and staff are generally friendly although some not so much. Prices in co-op are a little ridiculous these days, but that's reflective of the company not just this store.
Nice little store with some surprisingly nice wines and beers on offer, decent amount of parking, and never too busy in my experience.

Sunday 1st Jan 2023 I popped in for some bits staff standing around being ignorant wen asked questions no carrybags at shelf checkout asked for assistance totally ignored and atmosphere is really bad x
Poorly managed. No security, constant theft and the poor shop floor staff left to mamage on their own with no support from other members of staff while busy.
Good store a bit pricey. A few good buys my husband and I pop in when ever we drive past for drinks, there are certain drinks that are cheaper here then anywhere else.
Great convenience store with everything you need, including fresh bread. Bunches of flowers looked really fresh, and great value too. Small car park, with an electric car charge point, a disabled & a parent & child space.
